Privacy

This site collects nothing about you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from anyone else's servers.

When you visit

Every file on this site, including the fonts and images, is served from this site itself. We run no scripts, so nothing on the page can track you. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media widgets.

Like any website, this one is delivered by a hosting company, Cloudflare. To deliver pages and keep them safe from abuse, Cloudflare handles technical details of each request, such as your IP address and browser type. We do not receive that information as a profile of you, and we do not use it to identify visitors.

When you write to us

If you email support@softhatgames.com, we receive your address and what you wrote. We use it only to reply to you, and we keep it for as long as the conversation needs. We do not share it, and we do not add you to any list.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority; in Bulgaria that is the Commission for Personal Data Protection.

Who is responsible

SoftHat Games. The full company details are on the Legal page once the company is registered.

Changes

If this changes, for example when we add a newsletter or a game with accounts, we will update this page before it happens and change the date above.
